I don't believe that backpacks should be allowed in classrooms because weapons can be concealed in backpacks and I don't want to get shot. Hopefully that would never happen, though. The risks are too great.
No, I do not believe that Minnesota should raise the drinking age. Many teenagers now do not pay attention to the drinking age. There are those they do obey the law, though. If the drinking age was raised, that would mean people would have to wait longer to drink. Some people are not going to wait longer to drink. Some will though. Raising the drinking age will not help in the long run for when people are going choose to wait to drink or disobey the law and drink.
I believe that WDC should have weighed grades. I believe this because students that take college courses should be getting more points for the harder classes they are taking. College courses are harder because a students will get college credit if they get a good grade. They should be rewarded for doing well in a college course because they are doing more work than in a regular non-college class. The stress for students in college classes also goes up as well because the deadline for projects and papers is set. A student cannot hand in something late. For students that do well in college courses, they should be rewarded. They should be the Valedictorian of the class because they worked their buts off during their high school career.
I am probably a good person but I haven't taken the time to fill out my profile, so you'll never know! |
